ANNUAL DAY CELEBRATIONS

St. Kuriakose Public School Celebrated its 24th annual day on 13th January 2017 . This year’s celebration assumed greater significance as school entered its Silver Jubilee Year.

The festivities kick started on 12th Jannuary with day long programs by students . This gave venue to all budding artists to show case their talents. . The activities of the second day commenced with a kiddies  program , which was inaugurated by  shri. Johnson Kottukaplalli, the  Panchayath  Member . This was followed by the Annual Day Public Meeting ,Presided over by Rev. Fr. Biju Thazhathucheruvil OSB, Prior Vellambrosan Congregation  ,The School Principal  Rev Fr. Ajeesh Kunjarakkatt OSB read out the Annual report after the school Manger Rev. Fr.Tomy Thervalakkattayil  OSB welcoming one and all to the function . Shri Mons Joseph MLA, spoke at length about the school in his inaugural address.  Rev.Fr Michel Vettikattu Vicar General ,Kottayam Diocese lighted the Silver Jubilee  Lamp and greeted the school all success in all its endeavors .

The most distinguished guest of the day Shri Sijo Xavier a chief scientist with VSSC Thumpa exhorted the students and stressed the role of hard work to come up in life ,before the meeting concluded all meritorious students were decorated with prizes, trophies and certificates by Guests of Honour.  Shri Francis K A  Secretary,Confideration of Sahodhaya Complexes , Shri Mathew K Joseph  PTA president also enriched the occasion with their presence and words of Felicitation. School head girl  Kumari Taniya S Thottupuram proposed the vote of thanks to mark the end of valedictory meeting.
