SKPS held the Investiture Ceremony and Award Meet on 22 August 2022,Monday in the school auditorium with great enthusiasm. This momentous day dawned to bestow responsibilities on the deserving young talents of the school to lead the school from the front with their commitment, confidence and competence. We also acknowledged the achievements of our brilliant students who have made both the school and their parents proud.

The formal function was presided over by Rev. Fr. Biju Thazhathucheruvil OSB in the presence of the distinguished guestes Sub. Lieutenant Joel Sajeev, Indian Navy and former alumni and Prof. John Mathew.Vice Principal Mr. Babu Joseph sir welcomed the eminent chief guest and the other people present. Sub Lieutenant Joyal Sajeev inaugurated the ceremony with traditional lighting the lamp. He was commissioned into the Indian Navy on 25th November 2021. After that Kumari Reshma J Neerackal mesmerized the audience with her melodious voice.

A garland of motivational words was delivered by the esteemed guest Sub. Lieutenant Joel Sajeev. He exhorted the audience by pointing out that character formation is the essence of every human being.He gave encouraging examples from his life and inspired students to be good human beings and build a good character. He also advised the students to come out of the comfort zone.

The Investiture Ceremony and handing over the portfolio was done by Sub. Lieutenant Joel Sajeev. Rev. Fr. Joby Pannoorayil OSB administered the oath where in students pledged to serve the school and fulfill their responsibilities to the best of their abilities. Awards of merit were also given to A+ holders ( both X th and XII th) in CBSE examinations by Rev.Fr. Biju Thazhathucheruvil OSB , Sub. Lieutenant Joel Sajeev and Rev. Fr. Stephen Abraham OSB.

The special guest of the day Sub. Lieutenant Joel Sajeev was duly honoured by the School Management.
It was followed by the felicitation of Mr. Santhosh Jacob, PTA president. The budding stars of SKPS enthralled the audience by a latest, fast number.
