(i) English (ii) Four Core Academic Subjects based on the chosen stream (science/commerce/humanities) (iii) One Skill Subject

Skill subjects are vocational courses that develop practical and career – oriented skills. In certain cases, if a student fails one main subject, the skill subject marks may be considered in result calculation as per CBSE rule.
