Message

It is a matter of great pride and pleasure to jot down a few words of greetings
on the occasion of SKPS's Silver Jubilee. I learn that “Synergia” was the theme
of the year which is really an expression and reflection of endeavors of budding
young talents of SKPS steered by a team of vibrant, sensitive and competent
teachers.
Journeying with young minds for a quarter century is quiet thrilling as well as
challenging. The thrill comes from the realization that each child possesses a
spark of divinity and a bundle of possibilities grooming them into fine human
beings with integration of right values is obviously a demanding task. The erosion
of values in the families and society today is of great concern to all of us. Often
the young are confused about their values because of the dichotomy of value
system- what they learn as right is not what they see and experience in the
world outside. To understand this predicament one has to stimulate that divinity
in him/her and reflectively make the right choice for life. It is in this backdrop,
10 the role played by SKPS becomes significant. Besides guiding its incumbents to
come out with flying colours, the school takes special care in moulding sensible
and sensitive future citizens, is matter of great relief. Believing that right values
would give direction, motivation, quality and meaning to life and embellishing
the students behaviour with noble qualities is ensured there. Cultivation of
spiritual social and moral values has been one of the corner stones of the school.
I like to greet all educators, teachers, parents, of the past and present who take
great responsibility in imparting true values in young minds of SKPS. I also hope
that students go out of the portals of SKPS uphold true values and are able to
sift the right from the wrong.
Once again a word of appreciation to all in the forefront and backdrop as well,
for doing a wonderful job in the stellar institution. May the Almighty bless every
member of St. Kuriakose family with his divine intelligence and inspiration..
